The iron core is one of the most basic components of a transformer and is the magnetic circuit part of the transformer, the primary and secondary windings of the transformer are in the Iron core, in order to improve the magnetic circuit permeability coefficient and reduce eddy current losses within the core, the core is usually made of 0.18 ~ 0.3 mm, the surface of the insulated silicon steel sheet. Iron core is divided into two parts, iron core column and iron yoke, iron core column on the set of windings, iron yoke will be connected to the iron core to form a closed magnetic circuit .
